THE ROLE:

You will be working full-time as a Sales Assistant to help us with lead generation via the various channels that we use for lead generation, responding to their email queries, talking to them on the phone and closing deals . You will be reporting to the “Sales Manager” To “Talk to” & “Qualify” marketing leads that contact us via our website and various channels, understand their needs and get them to pay for our service.

 

This position would be ideal for someone who loves to talk to people (especially in the US & UK) and build relationships & and is ambitious as the job would provide for good earning potential for someone who can generate results.

 

Most of our clients based in UK & US, so you would be talking to clients a lot. Our standard work time is 9AM-6PM Philippines Time as we are on the same time zone as Philippines, however in order to arrange calls with customers, you may have to work at different hours sometimes to get on calls with customers. We need someone who is willing to and comfortable to do so.

 

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicating with leads through, e-mail, Skype & Phone Calls.
  • Finding new potential leads via various Channels, such as Social Media, forums, etc. Training would be provided.
  • Reaching out to and building relationships with inactive leads/clients in our database.
  • Finding potential partners willing to promote our affiliate program.
  • Helping with ad sales & marketing tasks


REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential as you will be making a lot of calls.
  • A passion for “People”, i.e. talking to people on the phone and building relationships (You will be talking to people in the UK & US.
  • A passion for learning – One of our core company values is “Hunger for Knowledge” and we take it very seriously. We want to make sure people working in our team learn more in 1 year than they would working for 3 years in any other company.
  • A passion for “closing deals”.
