PURPOSE:

DIRECT REPORTS:
You will manage 1-2 Direct Reports in this role.

KEY JOB OUTCOMES:

  • Hiring:

    • Creating a strong backup Pool of Top candidates for each role and staying in contact with the best candidates.
    • Attaining an “Average Time to Fill” for new positions of below 20 Days for junior roles and below 40 Days for Senior roles.
    • Strengthening our Social media presence on our Recruitment channels through regular posts.
    • Designing hiring tests and evaluation systems for new candidates.
  • Onboarding: Ensuring that all new employees:

    • Develop the right Keystone Habits that make us successful as a company, in their first 3 weeks.
    • Complete the trial period training materials & have a thorough understanding of the company policies within 3 weeks of starting.
  • Employee Experience

    • Increase & maintain employee engagement scores each quarter.
    • Organizing 2 team-building events a year & measuring the results through post-event survey.
    • Organizing weekly badminton and once a month drinks night for the team.
    • Talk to 2 employees a week to collect their feedback on their engagement levels & adding notes to the employee record on CRM.
    • Ensuring awareness of company mission, values & objectives & creating strategies to enforce them better.
  • Other Tasks:

    • Contributing to the promotion of company values & helping create a great work culture.
    • Dealing with Administrative HR Issues.


SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • At least 5 years of HR Experience, especially experience in contributing to culture building, values promotion, etc.
  • Ability to think outside the box to create an amazing employee experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English – You will be reporting to an English Speaking foreign manager.
  • Ability to cold-call potential candidates and conduct phone & face to face interviews.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict Management.
