THE ROLE:

In this remote role, your will be communicating with potential leads that are generated through our website, other channels, and third-party service providers, as well as reaching out to self-generated leads through various channels such as Social Media. Our clients are primarily Importers importing products from China, especially E-Commerce Sellers. This is an out and out sales role, so we are looking for someone who loves talking to people and has a passion for closing deals.

Work timings are fairly flexible, especially after the probation period as long as daily minimum hours are hit. At the same time as our clients are based in different countries (Primarily US and Europe), this role requires flexibility to speak to clients in different time zones.

You will be communicating directly with our clients based in the US, UK, Europe and other countries.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reaching out to leads to understand their sourcing requirements, qualifying them and closing qualified leads.
  • Generating leads through various online channels.
  • Establishing partnerships for lead-sharing with related business.
  • Gathering & understanding sourcing requirements from our clients and communicating these to the sourcing team and working closely with the sourcing team in China to ensure client requirements can be met.
  • Scheduling regular calls with the clients to collect feedback, understand their pain-points and relaying feedback to relevant teams (Sourcing, IT, etc.) to ensure systems and processes can be constantly updated to WOW clients.

 

REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in any sales/business development position or a sourcing/international trade position with experience of communicating directly with the end-client, especially over calls & video.
  • Excellent spoken & written English.
  • Passion for reading (critical in our company) and continuously investing in yourself through training programs.
  • Knowledge of international trade processes is a plus but not required.
  • Good to have knowledge of E-Commerce sellers and Amazon.
  • Eastern Europe applicants preferred.

 

COMPENSATION:

$1000 –  $1600 depending on experience and expertise in this role. The remuneration will comprise of basic salary + commission.
