We have been around for 7 years and have grown at a rapid pace over the years, pretty much doubling our turnover every year since we started out. Our typical clients tend to be large E-Commerce sellers. We are looking for Amazing people who share our core values of hunger for knowledge, problem solving, continuous development and problem-solving.
We already have some awesome team members based in the Philippines (some worked with us for 4 years + full time) and are looking to expand our Philippines team significantly as so far our Philippines based team members have been amazing.

MISSION:
To liaise with sourcing team to ensure the quality of the product suppliers produce is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Devise and establish a company’s procedures, standards and specifications for some of the products.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to make sure its feasibility and are met.
- Work with sourcing team to establish quality requirements from suppliers.
- Assessing the product’s quality by testing for a range of features and seeing how the product performs under certain conditions.
- Approve the right products or reject defectives.
- Supervise inspectors and other related personnel and provide professional guidance & feedback.
- Investigating causes of any quality problems and proposing solutions.
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES:
- Proven experience as quality manager for at least 3 years.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Conscientious and responsible.
- A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach.
- Good communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (**** etc.)
