Job Location: NO. 2 HuaQiang Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, China.


MISSION:

In this position, you will be a key player in the Sales team (reporting to the Sales Manager) and manage the day to day communications with our clients about their sourcing projects. You will work closely with the Sourcing Team to help our clients achieve success in sourcing from China, expand their account size and build solid relationships in order to offer Exceptional service.

You DO NOT need to find leads in this role and only need to manage the clients.

You will be communicating directly with our clients primarily based in the UK, US & Canada.


GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES: 

Account managers can progress to become Senior Account Managers or move into other sales & marketing roles, such as Business Development.

On top of a nice basic salary account managers after passing their probation period will have an opportunity to take part in the company’s Profit-Share program which allows them to earn attractive bi-annual bonuses on top of their basic salary.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Gathering & understanding sourcing requirements from our clients and communicating these to the sourcing team.
  • Dealing with our clients on day to day basis & ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided & to increase sales by helping them expand their account size. (P.S This is not a SALES Job & You DO NOT need to find customers).
  • Doing whatever it takes to make the client successful in China.
  • Scheduling regular calls with clients to understand their pain-points and relaying feedback to relevant teams (Sourcing, IT, etc.) to ensure systems and processes can be constantly updated to WOW the clients. 


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales position or a sourcing position with experience of communicating directly with the end-client. where you dealt with “international clients” on a regular basis.
  • Understanding of international trade processes, ideally for consumer products.
  • Excellent spoken & written English. You would be required to speak to clients on Phone regularly.
  • Passion for reading (critical in our company) and continuously investing in yourself through training programs.
